You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

By utilizing advanced manufacturing processes, as well as going through a bit of trial and error, Root Industries has managed to find a specific, calculated honeycomb cutout pattern that results in a great deal of weight saved, as well as an attractive appearance, and unmatched performance.

All Root Industries, i-Glide, and GAIN Protection products carry with them a 90-day manufacturer's warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please navigate to the bottom-left menu on this web page and click Warranty. From there, fill out the form and we will update you on the status of your claim within 72 hours.

Shipping

Orders typically ship around 4:00PM ET Monday-Friday. All orders are quoted after being packed to allow for the most accurate shipping costs possible for both the customer and for Freestyle Distribution USA. Drop shipping costs incur a fee of $7.00 for small items (wheels, forks, clamps, hardware, headsets, etc.), and $10.00 for large items (completes, decks, and handlebars).
