You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Backed by months of rigorous testing, both in the lab and at the skatepark, Root Industries has developed another fantastic component with lightweight specs and two fit-all sizes. The Standard variant of the two sizes (Regular and XL) comes WITHOUT A SLIT, enabling quick & easy installation with any SCS-style setup. The Oversized/HIC variant of the two sizes (Regular and XL) comes WITH A PRE-CUT SLIT, enabling quick & easy installation with HIC-style setup.

All Root Industries, i-Glide, and GAIN Protection products carry with them a 90-day manufacturer's warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please navigate to the bottom-left menu on this web page and click Warranty. From there, fill out the form and we will update you on the status of your claim within 72 hours.

Shipping

Orders typically ship around 4:00PM ET Monday-Friday. All orders are quoted after being packed to allow for the most accurate shipping costs possible for both the customer and for Freestyle Distribution USA. Drop shipping costs incur a fee of $7.00 for small items (wheels, forks, clamps, hardware, headsets, etc.), and $10.00 for large items (completes, decks, and handlebars).
